My name is Jessica Carbajal. I work for the G.R.I.P company, im very excited about learning this business. My main idea of doing good at this job is helping to create great benefits that can bring people and persuade them to participate in this live event. My passion has always been helping others. I volunteered in an elementary school and have seen young kids perform in front of their peers. I have also seen how the kids overcome their stage fright fear. Many kids gained experinece and were able to go out and talk about it. Im also passionate about knowing the new faces of entertainment. It has always been interesting for me to see how new generations come out of no where and do it big on the t.v. and radio stations. Im possitive about this oportunity media and know that it can help unknown people with a lot of talent come out and create a huge fan base. I graduated adult school in the 08 i got my GED and decided to get a job before continuing my career in college. As i know i will have to make money in order to pay a loan if i decide to get one. My goal for the futures is to stay in this bussiness and become even more professional and learn new ways of improving how the system works for people who choose to go out and show their talent.
